I hold a degree in Dietetics from Southern Maine Community College in South Portland, Maine. My portfolio consists of diversified field experience in healthcare and food services. My work experience includes positions as a Food Service Director and Chef for children’s summer camps in both Maine and New Hampshire and teaching experience in the public school system. I have completed the Master Gardener Program with the Maine Cooperative Extension and am an avid organic raised bed gardner. I am the proud parent of three grown children and three grandchildren. Abigail, Sarah and Aidyn are my inspiration for teaching parents how to raise healthy eaters.
